CAPE MAY, N.J. – Admiral Thad Allen, the Commandant of the Coast Guard, presents Auxiliary Flotilla 86 member William McFeeley, a team award Friday, Aug. 14, 2009 for volunteering his time to serve at Coast Guard Training Center Cape May.
